To digitize, collect, and analyze data ranging from salesman route distribution, salesman sales data at stores, the performance of each salesman, as well as the management of each regional supervisor by providing a program display that is easily to view and manage
Challenges
The challenge in developing this dashboard lies in processing and presenting sales KPI data accurately and in real time from multiple data sources. The system must be able to display sales charts, monthly target achievements, and dynamic ranking calculations based on target achievement percentages in a consistent and reliable manner.
